Q: I brought 2 pairs at the end of April but one wont charge anymore? They've only been charged 2/3 times how can i fix this?

This appears to be a manufacturing fault and not a question that another customer could answer for you. I suggest you contact the supplier (the company you bought the shoes from)

Q: Is it waterproof? Can kids wear in rain aswell?

My son wears them whatever weather. The sole is waterproof. But the material of the trainers isn’t. So the feet will get wet.

Q: Is it comfortable? As the switch seems to be hard and doesn’t tuck anywhere neatly?

I just had to tuck the switch inside the shoe. My LO wasn't bothered though.
