It's so hard to find a true red - all the micas I've tried come out either pinkish or rust colored. But this is a perfect cherry red. It mixes so well with resin and I add a little pearl mica to give it some shimmer. I'm very happy with this product and bought more colors

This is opaque. It gives resin such a good depth of color without having to add a lot. Castin craft is one of the best resin colorants.

Fire truck red shade (almost no matter what how much/little you use) Used both copious and scant amounts, the larger amounts turned a very solid bright red, the little amount was just a more transparent red - but it didn't turn pink. Don't get if you want a more maroon/deep red.

Worked great with 2 different types of resin that I've used for jewelry making!
