So, let me just start off by saying that this diamond tip is a must-have for your Microderm machine. Prior to ordering this piece I wasn't really satisfied with the results that I was getting from my machine. I never saw any dead skin being sucked out in the filter and never really felt like it was doing much to my skin. Immediately after ordering and using this piece, I instantly saw all of the dead skin that was caught in the filter. This piece also buffs and smooths the skin, leaving it feeling smooth and even. If you do not order this piece, the machine is really going to be useless. The only downside is that it seems to be almost a single-use item. I am going to order more because I feel like after 3 uses my tip has lost it's rough feel.

I'm so glad that I have to get this it works great. This is a awesome product, really works well taking off the surface dead skin cells. I've used it on my face, my neck, and the top of my hands...worth getting with the ""Multiple Attachments""

I did not find the replacement as good as the original, it was not very abrasive at all, smooth surface was to smooth to do any microdermabrasion. The original, that came with the product is more abrasive that the replacement I just got. I send it back!

These heads are amazing better then the original one the system comes it. I would def reccomend.
