I had read an article about how to make the best grilled cheese sandwiches and several people mentioned mustard and mayo rather than butter. I am very fond of garlic so garlic and mustard were a no brainer to give a try. Very excellent grilled cheese, highly recommended.

Great for making remoulade
Delicious! I use this to make homemade remoulade for fish fry dinners and po’boy sandwiches. Mild flavor on its own, I wouldn’t say it’s spicy at all.
