One of the best and only accessory to mount the teleprompter onto your I phone. Completes the teleprompter set up. Easy to install. You need to be careful to be gentle while mounting and dismounting the clip into your teleprompter. Great product.

the quality of the product is very low. i dont like it.

I was struggling to find the right adapter so I wouldn't have to buy a webcam, when I already had one and already had 2 spare phones. This fit the bill perfectly, and works like a dream.

I easily attached it to my Parrot teleprompter, added my (large, better camera) iPhone XR to record video, then used my other (older, smaller) iPhone SE with the teleprompter app on it.. and recorded right away, no problemo!

Since I did not know what a parrot teleprompter is I thought it was part of this unit. The picture and description make it appear as a complete package when using my phone. I had no idea the parrot was an expensive necessary part for this accessory. The part its self seems to be good. However, it is of no use to me.

So far so good -- the smart clip connects just as expected into my tripod and holds my iphone as designed. Along with the prompter (that is not included), everything connects well!

I was very excited to try the Parrot teleprompter first using my iPhone, before deciding whether to invest in a large camera. The TP-Smartclip said it would solve this problem and is "Compatible with all smartphones".Unfortunately the product is not compatible with the larger cameras of newer smartphones, especially those with multiple camera lenses. There is only a small hole for the camera and this is not adjustable.I fixed this myself by drilling a larger hole in the TP-Smartclip, and the product now works ok for my needs, but not everybody will have the tools to do this. It is the only accessory of this kind that I've found, so I'm still happy to have found it. But the product description is very misleading, hence 3 stars.

Lorsque je l'ai acheté c'était super, même si ouvrir le clapet et y glisser le téléphone en même temps est compliqué tout seul (car le clapet est très serré).Mais au bout de quelques mois, le prompteur a commencé à pencher, ça doit être le matériau: plastique: pas très solide...Dommage...

The Parrot telepromter is a great and cost-efective way to have eye contact in videos. The only issue with it is that it relies on the filter thread of the camera. That's generally OK with DSLR cameras, but restricts the use of camcorders and stops you using a phine. The TP-Smartclip Accessory means that you can use one smartpone as the camera (in my case a 4K Apple iPhone XS) and another phone (an old iPhone 4 in my case) as the prompter.Pair these with Boya lavalier microphones from Amazon and Promptsmart Pro as the teleprompter software and single person operation is easy. Promptsmart Pro recognises speech and forwards the script as you talk. One mic feeds the teleprompter and the other the iPhone camera.My only issue with the TP-Smartclip Accessory is that you need to be careful to ensure that the camera smartphone is properly vertical. It just means adjusting the tripod to make everything level.
