The basket I received did not look like the one pictured. I had wanted the one with black tribal weave. I also didn't think it would be more like a bag than an actual basket- it's really floppy. I am keeping it for laundry but this is an expensive laundry basket and I ordered it for decor in my living room. Not terribly pleased as I was looking forward to receiving what I thought I was receiving.

Update* Customer service was kind and strives to make the buyer happy with their purchase.This basket is beautiful. The texture is soft and delicate fabric like texture. It's not firm, it's meant to fold in like a bowl for a different look. It's gorgeous. Anyone who appreciates the beauty of a quality weave will love this basket. This basket is meant to showcase beautiful items and is a stunner on it's own.

Love this basket

After 6 weeks the grass is breaking in straight lines from where it was folded in the box to be sent. For almost $50 you can get something much better!
