This was a gift for me from my partner. It was not easy to convince her that we need to upgrade our old android box with a new one but I managed to do it as I already upgraded the other one in living room. After seeing this she is happy as well as this one is smaller in size but much better and faster with 4GB RAM. It also has 32GB ROM which is very good and handy to save apps, songs, photos or even films. It came with the latest android 8.1 and also supports 3d and 4k. Best of all after I changed this I noticed my internet speed showing over 60MB which used to show between 15 and 20MB all the time and I used to think that we have network issues because that TV is in the corner room.

I have tried a dozen of these Chinese boxes. Most of them work ok......but some are quirkier than others.Quirk 1:In this case I was after BlueTooth 5. This is useful for streaming wirelessly from You Tube. If your DAC has bluetooth you will be able to stream a high quality audio signal to it without video lag. In this respect it works. However, with Bluetooth operational, it cuts regular volume to the TV. To get audio coming from the TV, blue tooth needs to be disabled. There are also no option for Bluetooth 5 protocols.Quirk 2:Cant figure out what the AV socket does. Most of these units with similar 3.5mm sockets output a digital SPDIF signal which can be plugged directly into your DAC to receive a high audio signal (lag free). And in the 'sound menu' of this device, it has the facility To select SPDIF....but I could not get any sound out of this socket.....so could not get a signal to the DAC....and with the quirky Bluetooth, this is a deal breaker.Quirk 3:So next, if you connect the unit to wifi using the Ethernet port, you cannot connect via wireless wifi. You need to unplug the ethernet cable. It just refuses to connect, but wont tell you why.Quirk 4.Finally on the home page, you cannot reassign the pre-allocated apps. This is a nuisance. You have to accept what they give you. You can only assign 6 apps of your choice to the home screen. Also tried different launchers, but they would not work.To be fair, many of the TV boxes I have tried share the above quirks. I point this out because My Tanix TX6 will do all of the above with no quirks, which was a welcome surprise to me! Hopefully, Bluetooth 5 on the way soon......

i found this box to be very good and very fast i was also very pleased with it but what i did not like was the remote control half of the buttons did not work and there was no instructions on how to use it note only three stars but for the box five stars as i said let down by a crappie remote shame does anyone know i can i get a better remote.many thanks john

I am still getting to know the inner soul of this unit, however, so far, it has been good almost everything I wanted it for. Except Disney plus, which I could have hacked onto it, however, I gave up on the service and I am no longer interested. I am using a Rii i8s remote for it, and that's perfect, so I cannot reflect on the quality of the remote.

this product arrived but i feel it is unsafe as the temperature of the box is running very hot and when we turned on the android box we smelt electrical burning which we can still smell now this item for me isnt safe what shall we do please ?

I will buy it again but unfortunately remote stopped working just freezes but the quality of pictures unbelievable that is why I even sent it back truthfully I gave 4 star cause the quality of picture deserves it. 🤔✊🏽

1) Netflix not working,. To install you need to find correct file in internet to install it.2) Pult programming part not working, and no info how to connect TVPositive is hardware it's really working fast.

After a month of use the box start to shut down for no reason even when the box is just turned on.The remote is not the best you have to press buttons a couple of times to get it to work
