2 plates arrived chipped
Of an order of 3 plates, one was chipped despite being very well protected in bubble wrap. I asked for a replacement, but that was also chipped in exactly the same way. Will try to order another via another website.

Broken on arrival
One arrived chipped and the broken pieces weren’t in the bubble wrap so it must have been wrapped like this!
