I had a finishing nail in a rear tire with lots of tread, and wanted to try a plug. This kit is small enough to pack anywhere, and very easy to use. It is smaller than the other company's gun kit, and easier to use than their allen screw kit. The T handle and coarse thread on the tool is smooth turning and easy to get enough force to insert the plug. When it hits the stop, you're done. Rock the tool side to side slightly during removal. This kit also has rubber cement, applied with the reamer during that step. I've had the bike out on three rides and am confident the tire is repaired. I would recommend it to anyone for temporary repairs if nothing else. Nice quality tool, well made and easy to use.

Bought this kit to take on a atv trip just in case we needed it. Was great peace of mind knowing we could plug a tire in teh field.

Lovely Kit. Especially like because of the small size. Pouch is really handy. Love the innovation of having a handle that pushes mushroom plug in, now needs almost no effort - i had an earlier version before that used a ellen key which took alot of effort. really like. also liked that plugs came packed in separate small packs - so now i am not worried that they will get dry. nice experience.
