**Q: Can anyone say whether or not this machine can be used to dice coconut meat?**
A: I use it to dice sweet potatoes. The consistency of that would be very similar to coconut meat. So, my opinion is yes, it would work.

**Q: How do you remove the bumpers to access the blade plate?  The bumpers on the unit I received seem to be glued to the rods.**
A: Hello,There may be some manufacturing residue/lubricant on the bumpers, but they are not glued to the blade assembly.  Twist them to pull them away from the assembly and get them off the rods.  The blade assembly will slide out once they are removed.Restaurant Equipment Solutions®
