If your cylinder contains compressed air, then YES. If it contains enriched O2 higher then 30%, then NO. **Q: Does this measure carbon dioxide levels as ppm? I've read that 250-400ppm is outdoor air so how does this measure that?** A: It measures oxygen, not carbon dioxide. **Q: Does this come with a charger or only a usb cable?** A: Only USB cable.
