Q: What is the smallest and largest paper/photo paper you can perforate on this machine?

the blade is 14 inches long so you can perforate 14¨. Please note that if the perforating width is more than 14¨, you will not be able to place it in the opening throat. For minimum, I would say a couple of inches would be ok.

Q: Is there a way to adjust the blade so it perforates evenly all the way down from top to bottom? the bottom half of my paper doesn't rip nicely.

Hello, pleasea try the following:1. The landing strip (where the blade lands) can be turned. Please turn it to try a different side.2. try to place one or two sheets of paper beneath the sheet you wish to perforate. This will raise the sheet being perforated and thereby better expose it to the blade.

Worked good for the first 6mths, then it wouldn't cut through papers all the way across, rotated cutting base like customer service suggested, but still has never been the same.
