I chose these for their size and like them for control. I have small hands so I'll need to cut and reshape the handles a little. I was a little disappointed with the handle quality mainly due to how rough they were. It's possible I just happened to have a set where they were not sanded smooth so I was very aware of what I was holding rather than feeling like they were an extension of my fingers. Small potatoes in the grand scheme of things. The blades were nice and sharp out of their wooden storage case (the included bandaids make me smile). I have the Flexcut sharpening strop which makes quick work of keeping the blades clean and smooth.
