I am an avid runner and enjoy doing Spartan obstacle course races. I bought these to help me hydrate and relieve any cramping that may occur due to the altitude at the last Spartan event. I drank a packet down prior to the race and threw two more in my back pack just in case. Needless to say I had to problem with the altitude or cramping! AND I ended up giving the two packets away to people that were! Within minutes they were back on their feet and feeling fine!! Now I’m looking forward to my next race which has even more hill climbs and is at a higher altitude! Knowing that Tru Juice works makes me all the more confident in taking the Utah Spartan Trifecta Weekend at Snow Basin on!!

I’m training for a backpacking trip in the Sierras and often suffer from leg and ankle cramps. Have tried many products and this is the first one which has almost immediate results!!! I was training this weekend for 3 hours and felt that familiar tug on my leg. Shortly after drinking the Juc, I could feel the tug relax!I’m sold!!!!!

This stuff is horrible. Does NOT taste like pickle juice. I was hoping for a product similar to the Pickle Juice company's cramp reducer, as I have used that for years. I honestly could not drink half of the first one I tried. Do not recommend and wish I could return the 23 I have left over.

Taste great, but a little pricey.

Even though I have ordered this product before with no problems, this time was different. One of my pouches of the 6 had suffered damage and leaked out onto the other pouches, recipe card and the box. 20 bucks for a six pack of 4 oz. fluid is pretty expensive especially when it shows up incomplete. Poor shipping packaging. Otherwise the product works well for my family and myself.

I have used the product for several years to alleviate leg cramps from cycling. I use it prior to cramps starting, but if I forget, I drink it when the cramps start, and they will go away relatively quickly.

Not a great taste. Unable to close if you open.

It does what it says it will do, my wife has bad cramps in your legs and this works fast to relieve them.
