I purposely wanted to use this for a full month to make sure I could say what I'd seen with my skin and I do have to say my skin is looking much better than when I've tired all sorts of other creams and serums. The starter one at 0.1% strength is great as even that you can feel the results. It does tingle when you put it on but that goes away after a while. I hadn't actually heard of spicules before, which are in this to help with the microneedling property to get this product into your skin. These can increase your sensitivity to the sun and risk of sunburn so it's important to still wear an spf during the day, even though this product is to be used once a day at night. It's given me much smoother looking skin as I was getting a bit selfconscious of the texture. It absorbs easily and is lovely and moisturising as you get used to it.
