The last couple of sets of WT mats that I have owned have had an annoying habit of folding over at the edges. This happened right out of the box, and no amount of heating, folding or bending opposite direction would make it go away. The SmartLiners have not done that for me, and reportedly have not done that for others, either. One note to avoid confusion- Maxliner was an old brand name rolled into the newer SmartLiner brand.
