The punch is pretty heavy duty and weighted. It comes with a lock which allows it to become more compact and easier to store. It was very easy to use on regular paper and had very clean cut edges. The only issue I have with this is I wish I could see what I was cutting, but if you decide to use it for a border and attach an image to it, it's perfect. Presently priced at $20.99, That's about fair market value. Absolutely no issues at this time.
