Review: Functions well and looks good as well - This ADC convertor is really nice addition to an electronic project. I was building a system with a raspberry pi that needed a lot of ADC channels and this item was a perfect addition to it. I could easily mount it into any place with the provided mount holes and it is very easy to connect via the jumper wires. I needed fairly broad spectrum changes, so I wasn’t too worried about the minute level accuracy, and for that this was good enough. They provide several individual wires, but keep in mind that these kind of wires always come lose with vibrations or mechanical movements. So I prefer to use tighter connectors for longer term fixes. Also, this doesn’t really affect the functioning, but it comes very well packaged in a case that you can reuse to store it if using in a temporary project and also the item itself looks really nice with bright colours, which makes it good to use in open setups. Listed Price when I reviewed it: £11.99 (Disclaimer: I received this for free as part of the desertcart Vine program, but the views here are based on my own experiences and not edited or influenced by anyone)
Review: A quality retail product complete with cables for instant connection. No soldering - CQRobot ADS1115 4-Channel 16-Bit ADC Converter Module with Programmable Gain/I2C Address/Temperature Measurement, Compatible with Arduino/Raspberry Pi, 3.3V/5V Dual Voltage. The ADS 1115 module comes in a retail package. The module is in a sealed bag inside a plastic case. The case has the module name printed on the top and the case makes for a neat and easily identifiable means of storage. The module is a good quality and is supplied with a cable for quick plug-in between the ADS1115 and a Pi or Arduino, or similar device that has pin connections. Pin-out details are printed on the PCB, however there is no information / instructions accompanying the module. There is a link printed on the inside of the list for the ADS1115 page on CQRobot wiki. There is a lot of useful information on that page. Whilst there are cheaper modules around, they are usually very basic, with no cable, or means of connecting the cable to the board (no pins, no sockets, etc.). This module is ready to use with no soldering etc. required. Pins are provided for inputs 1 - 4. I like the fact that an individual input also has it's own set of pins, making it dead easy to add a sensor.

## Features

- 16-bit High-Precision Acquisition: Based on the ADS1115 chip, it supports 4 single-ended inputs or 2 differential inputs, with a programmable sampling rate from 8 SPS to 860 SPS, ensuring accurate measurement and flexible acquisition of sensor signals
- Multi-Device Networking Capability: Supports 4 configurable I2C addresses, allowing multiple modules to be connected on the same bus, easily expanding multi-channel data acquisition systems
- Integrated Temperature Measurement Interface: Onboard MF52AT NTC temperature sensor interface (10KΩ, B3950) for easy temperature monitoring applications
- Intelligent Voltage Compatibility: Supports 3.3V/5V dual-voltage operation, and automatically converts the I2C communication level to 3.3V when powered by 5V, allowing direct connection to 3.3V microcontrollers
- Stable Dual Interface Design: Built-in LDO voltage regulator chip provides clean analog power; uses a universal interface design for easy connection to various development boards

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lots of support information available.

CQRobot ADS1115 4-Channel 16-Bit ADC Converter Module with Programmable Gain/I2C Address/Temperature ...... I have had ADS1115 modules before and they come on tiny boards, this one is more of a development / test board rather than for permanent projects. It comes in a neat little plastic case with a header cable. On the inside of the lid is a note giving details where the instructions can be found including what to search for. This is very handy as most companies have pages with multiple similar parts, this tells you exactly what part to search for on their site and reveals a Wiki page with lots of information for this exact part. Using an Arduino Uno and the test code provide it was up and running in a matter of minutes. On the board is a thermistor, which is great for testing the board. This can be disabled by removing a jumper. There is also an example code for using with a Raspberry Pi and code for using with CQRobot’s TDS module too. The board is well made, nicely soldered, measures just 44 x 30mm and has grounded mounting holes in each corner. There are headers with a jumper for changing the I2C address and connecting the built-in thermistor and a row of headers for connecting to the 4 analogue inputs, which also include common, VCC and 3.3V connections for each input, everything being clearly marked on the boards silk screen. This is a great development board which is easy to setup and use. Neatly packaged and has a Wiki page dedicated to the board although there are heaps of information online regarding coding for whatever microcontroller you wish to use. Connection is easy and the included I2C wiring is of good quality with silicon coated wiring making them very flexible. It is a little expensive compared to other ADS1115 modules, but this is an ideal platform for experimentation and learning.
