Yes, I “forgot device”, did hard reset, made sure volume was up, AirPods were selected for listening, turned phone on and off, also no firmware issues. The first replacement was linked to someone else’s account so it wouldn’t show up in my find my app, the second one just straight didn’t work and caused my AirPods to disconnect everytime I closed the case.
