A: Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Our shelf will fit tripods with a leg diameter of 7/8" - 1 1/8". The shelf may be a tight fit for your tripod. I'm not able to guarantee that it will work, but you are always welcome to order one and if you find it doesn't work you are certainly welcome to return it. Kind regards, Melanie

**Q: My tripod a Manfrotto 055xprob has legs that are just a little larger than 1 1/8” but much less tha 1 1/4”.. Will this shelf fit?**
A: Hello,
The throat opening for the shelf is 1 3/16" wide

**Q: Does this work w a soho urban artist watercolor field easel?**
A: Yes.

**Q: What is the width of the slot? I'm trying to determine how far down on my tripod this shelf would sit versus your other shelf. Thanks!**
A: The opening is exactly 11-3/16”. I hook the shelf onto my tripod first then my palette. There’s about an inch between them on the tripod leg they share. Hope this helps. I really like the shelf - it fits right into my backpack with my palette.
