Awesome controller. My guess as to why it's returned so frequently is that it's not (at least not without some effort) immediately compatible with Xbox. I use it exclusively with PC and Switch and it works spectacularly. I got this controller "renewed" and it looked pretty much completely untouched. From my testing on Dolphin and Yuzu, the TMR sticks on this controller are superb. Every movement feels accurate. The buttons are mechanical and feel possibly a little mushy, but the reassuring click of the switch with the button pressed feels good. The D pad is probably my favorite set of switches on this controller. I don't dislike how the hair trigger shoulder button integration was implemented, but I do feel sometimes like my fingers want to push the triggers harder than they need to. Maybe I'm just too used to the feel of the shoulder buttons on GameCube controllers. At the same time, when the hair trigger mode is disengaged, I feel like there's too much resistance on the shoulders. It's a minor nitpick for me though. Yuzu seems to pick this controller up as a DualShock when connected by Bluetooth and as an Xbox controller when connected by adapter; same with Steam. I don't notice any latency playing wirelessly on PC - either when connected by Bluetooth or using the adapter. I will note that Steam seems to play nicer with it when I'm connected via the wireless adapter though. All in all, fantastic controller. Happy with my purchase.

Es increíble, puedes configurar todo acerca del control, con la aplicación, que esta disponible en Windows store, las luces, su vibración (que es buenísima) su zona muerta, configuración de botones, y se conecta a todo, carga super rápido, y la duración de la batería es asombrosa, los botones son de click y no de membrana, lo cual hace que sean mas duraderos. Los gatillos puedes cambiarlos a clicks rápidos o con su recorrido normal, los sticks son buenísimos, detectan cada movimiento y increíble sensibilidad.

A button got broken. ordered a replacement and same thing happened. horrible.

Quite good except for two things. The charging station is quite large and works well but has a bright blue light when you charge the controller. This is awful in a bedroom at night. It's not completely clear from reading the manual or watching videos how to switch different stick modes. It only works if it's synced to the receiver, hold select and start for two seconds and wait for the home led to change color. Red for switch. Green for Xbox, blue for dual shock 4. Yellow for android.

Keeps disconnecting, RGB flashes. Even did a full firmware update. Tried on 2 different computers. Possibly a defective unit. Controller felt good, buttons felt nice. D-pad could be better.

Todo funciona bien excepto la conexión USB parece que el DAC para su conexión llegó defectuoso y Windows lo reconoce como si estuviera defectuoso pero luego de actualizar e intentar bastante emparejar funcionó todo perfecto

No encontré fallos funcionales en el control, todos los botones funcionan perfectamente, no tienen drift ni nada parecido, la batería funciona bien y carga con la base, conectividad y el software funcionan al 100%
