Review: Product does not cover 200-250 square foot! - I was concerned that the volume of ipoxy paint, once mixed together, would not cover my entire 21m2 (226 square foot) garage and that is exactly what happened! There is an area of approximately 10m2 (108 square foot) that needs additional ipoxy paint to cover the floor evenly and fill all the little uneven areas. Very disappointed that I will now most likely need to buy another kit to finish this job... 😡

**Q: is this enought for 2 car garage?**
A: No. I had very little left over after doing my one car garage. Also, i would look to another product, as this stuff is garbage.

**Q: Do i need to buy concrere etch separately?**
A: Acid etch is included in the kit. If your garage floor has oil stains, make sure you buy some degreaser and use it prior to etching.

**Q: Can extra chips be added to this to give it a "granite" look?**
A: I added more chips but didn't give a granite look but still looked nice. Just need to do the clear coat on top when you use more chip, that locks all the chips in.

**Q: Has anyone applied this paint over a cement garage floor with a sealer coating without doing all the recommended acid treatment. How did it turnout?**
A: Not well. My contractor said he didn't need to do anything but scrub. But I did an acid wash the day prior, though probably not a perfect job. I stayed off for a week. Still peeled off where the tires sat.

Pros: • Looks fantastic – clean, glossy, and professional finish • Easy to apply – very manageable DIY project if you follow directions • Durable – provides great protection for the concrete floor Cons: • The kit only comes with 1 lb of decorative flakes, which is not enough if you want that high-end “full broadcast” look What I did differently (highly recommend): I purchased an additional 13 lbs of flakes, which made a huge difference and gave it that near full-flake, showroom-quality finish. Pro Tips: • Prep is everything: use a degreaser + etching solution, then let the floor dry completely • Don’t rush the process—good prep = long-lasting results • Add a clear topcoat + anti-slip additive (sold separately) for a more professional, durable, and safer finish Overall, this kit is an excellent value and delivers great results.
