It is delivered within a week even though I selected free delivery.First, I was very nervous before starting the replacement because I thought applie product is very sophisticated and need veryprofessional to do it. And yes, I watched the video on the youtube, which is around 45mins long. The youtube video is a MUSTTO SEE to make this micro-surgery end up with a brand-new screen. After I finished the most difficult part which is digitizer cableconnection, I tried to power-up the ipod and got the white screen. I thought cable is not connected correctly, and so repeated few times of disconnection and connection. But screen is still all white when turned on. I was frustrated and can't image how my sonwill be mad at me because he has a lot his personal staff in the ipod. So I did googling and got the answer.By doing 3-button reset (press and hold home button, volume up button, power-up button), Apple logo showed UP!!! Hooray!!!I am very pleased that I could prove myself as a Super-Daddy again.Thanks, iCracked, and your product and youtube video is really awsome. ### ⭐⭐ Wow difficult process *by L***Z on June 18, 2015* Wow long instructions with video and paper ,took 3 hrs not 45 min. Every Sep has some caution like careful not to pull/ detach/ shred this site, antenna... complicated even for my engineer husband. He accidentally detached the WiFi antenna and had to fix it. IPod had a hard time rebooting after repair and needed customer assistance to tale us through extra steps. Screen fixed a n it works but will not turn off andbarely holds charge. Unless you have mad tech skills, just buy a new phone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Do not underestimate the difficulty of replacing a screen! *by S***X on January 24, 2013* The manufacturer's product description made it sound like it would be a quick and easy job to replace the screen. They provide excellent instructions and a thorough video of how to do the job (on YouTube). Most tools you needed for the job were also included. All this being said, it is just really difficult to replace the screen. It took my husband many hours to make a couple of delicate electronic connections. I would recommend the job for someone who has had electronic experience.
