**Q: Can I put this on turquoise to protect it**
A: You can test a piece of Turquoise but this products is recommended for metal that is in contact with the skin.

**Q: Doea it work on real gold ?**
A: Because there is nickel in gold...thats why.

**Q: Can jewelry get wet after applying the sheild?**
A: Mine did and I also cleaned mine and replaced the shield. My jewelry was 10 and 14 karat gold.( I cleaned the gold backing with nail polish remover,not the diamonds!!

**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: Also methyl ethyl ketone, which is cancerous. Be very careful applying this.
