In the description it says hot. Lies! It isn't even a little spicy. While I love curry ketchup I really miss curry worst you could get in Germany and was hoping this would be what I was looking for. It is still really good just do not buy it thinking it's hot or anything close!

I first learned of this sauce after reading about the woman who created it post-WWII while serving food to English soldiers at the end of the war. Given that both my husband and I love curry, we had to try it. Plus, my husband's Uncle had tried it while on vacation in Germany and recommended it. Well, we tried the sweet and the hot. The sweet was just too mild, while the hot was perfect. Not too hot, and it goes on so many things. This is a repeat order, and I expect to continue purchasing it as it's that good.

I made a currywurst with this sauce and it was absolutely delicious. Expensive but worth every cent.

Perfect for fries and brats. Reminds me of the stalls back in Germany. Good sauce.
