It's very sticky to itself , ZIP sheathing and other wood-based materials. Once dried, it behaves somewhat like silicone caulking. That said I'm sure stucco or any other cementitious material will not bond to it. I would recommend you pick up a tube and experiment with it for yourself with different materials. **Q: will this bond to concrete block?** A: Yes, it will bond **Q: Does this cartridge come with the nozzle as pictured?** A: Yes each cartridge comes with a plastic nozzle that threads on after you cut the sealing tip off. **Q: Can this be applied to seams in the floor of a garage?** A: I have not used this product on the seams of a garage floor.
