**Q: The same 32 oz bottle of this identical soap one third the price at Home Depot. What's going on here?**
A: I placed a pre-order that is shipped and sold by amazon for 3$ on 8-10-2020. The price gauging that is being allowed is sicking.

**Q: Did anyone else that ordered this only get one instead of the stated pack of 3?**
A: Yes! Its false advertising!  I ordered two 3-packs at $6.54 each  pack. I ended up with only two 54 oz bottles.  AND i see that when I went in to the  description it is now completely changed and does not indicate that they are 3-packs!  Plus it now says out of stock and no idea if it will be in stock again. I can’t even challenge it because they changed the description on me.

**Q: Do I have to use the foam pump? Can’t I just use it like liquid soap?**
A: Dial Complete Antibacterial Foaming Hand Soap Refill can be used without the foam pump. However, it will be a bit watery without having it foam.

**Q: Why does text in description say batteries are required? It’s liquid soap—last time I checked, you don’t need batteries to wash your hands.**
A: Battery statement is for commercial use. The hand soap dispenser found and used in public bathrooms... They have an electric pump. (manual push-pump for regular hand soap. Different type of product)

No battery required. 

You just need foaming pump. Buy and keep 7.5oz bottle. Then use this to refill such bottles.
