Seems unclear from the description.** A: Just the refills. No mop handle **Q: Has anyone ever used these on laminate wood flooring? What were the results like?** A: All the floors in my living space except the kitchen and bath are covered with Pergo, a laminated wood flooring, and we clean spills very efficiently with Swiffers. Our regular cleaning service once used a product a product that produce a tackiness on the surface that gripped shoe soles but they changed to another product. **Q: Do these disinfect?** A: You know? I'm not able to answer the way I would hope but here is what I found out. There are nine ( 9 ) ingredients in the Swiffer wet refills. Two of them are listed as antibacterial. The names of the ingredients are Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride. The other is called Chlorhexidine Diacetate. Try saying those words ten times. Both above chemicals are used to fight bacteria, fungi and viruses. Both of the chemicals are listed as safe if used in small quantities. They are used in topical skin cleaners, wound disinfectant in animals and commonly found in mouth washes. The other seven ( 7 ) ingredients are purified water, ethyl alcohol, glycol, different fragrances, a silicon emulsion and others too long to write here. All the ingredients are biodegradable and non toxic in small quantities. I'm a retired handicapped guy who loves doing research. It really fills my day and keeps me out of trouble.
