## Description

IMTUG: Two-Finger Utility Gripper is a small wonder that will take your grip strength and hand health to new heights. Grip strength involves your thumb, as well as your other four fingers: your thumb is key to your pinch grip and your other four fingers are key to your crushing grip. IronMind recognizes that your fingers differ in both length and strength and devised a tool that would help train one or two fingers at a time, as well as your thumb. Use as a standalone training tool or in conjunction with a Captains of Crush Gripper. IMTUG5: We're getting to the tougher IMTUGs now--if you are training with a Captains of Crush No. 2 or 2.5. or 3, this is the correct zone for you.

Review: If you work it, it will work for you. - Though I include forearm and grip strength training, generally not a fan of grippers. This shorter version, designed to target fingers and thumbs is an incredibly effective, extremely well made piece of equipment. I ordered #4, recommended, of 7 strengths, and certainly will purchase more.
Review: way to strong hands is through the fingers....so this give balance to the mix - great way to strengthen single fingers then the combined strength of your fingers is admirably greater
