I bought a size small because the bands are usually too large if I size up. Of the 4 hooks I’m using the second to tightest. Definitely don’t need the extender. Cons: it fits like in between a sports bra and a regular bra. The front middle tucks under your natural shape a little rather than holding its own shape. So if you’re not perky (I’m not) it’s not going to give you great lift. I won’t wear this under just t-shirts Pros: the materially really is buttery soft! The stretch is nice because it hold you in without making it hard to breath. Way easier to put on than a sports bra and much more comfortable than an underwire. No digging or pressure where underwire usually sits. Very comfortable!
