Review: Extremely pleased - My husband is amazed that anyone can be so happy about pillow inserts. But he’s an engineer… the word aesthetic is not in his vocabulary. Purchased the 28 x 28 euro sham inserts and they are better than the numerous others I’ve picked up for myself and others over the years, including the ones from PB. I’m not kidding, especially when considering the huge price difference. These have great fill, are competitively priced and easily fluffed in the dryer on medium for 20 minutes. I’ll be back* on behalf of myself and others, and will remain a loyal customer as long as Basic Home provides this level of shopping experience. *Just received the 18 x 18 set that I ordered for bed throw pillows and they’re every bit as terrific as the euro shams. They feel wonderfully squishy, and like the euros, plumped right up in the dryer. These could easily serve double duty on the sofa, not only as accessories but perfect for those lunch power naps or dozing off in front of the tv during golf.
Review: Great Quality and Fluffy! - Great quality! No odor out of the box, but pretty heavy. I fluffed them for 20 minutes and they came out perfect. They seems to be double lined because there were no feathers poking out like cheaper pillows. I stuffed mine in a 22" cover (photo) and it fit great. It could easily fill a 24" cover for a softer pillow. My 22" pillows were firm once I got them in there. Well worth the price!

## Features

- ☁️ 20% MORE FILL FOR LUXURIOUS FLUFFINESS: We don't skimp on comfort. Each insert is packed with 4.2 lbs of premium goose feather and down—20% more than most standard brands. This generous filling ensures your pillows stay incredibly soft, plump, and supportive, preventing that sad, flat look and providing perfect back support for lounging.
- 🛡️ SMART DOUBLE-LAYER "NO-POKE" DESIGN: Say goodbye to sharp feathers! Our inserts feature an innovative double-layer shell (woven cotton exterior + soft cotton interior). This durable barrier effectively traps feathers inside, making them the safest choice for families with toddlers and pets who love to cuddle on the couch without fear of scratches.
- ✨ FRESH, ODOR-FREE & READY TO USE: No chemical smells or "warehouse" odors here. Our premium filling is processed to be fresh and clean. Pro Tip: These inserts arrive vacuum-sealed for shipping safety. Once opened, give them a vigorous shake and let them sit for 24 hours to fully expand to their glorious 28x28 size.
- 🧼 MACHINE WASHABLE & EASY TO REFRESH: Life happens, and messes occur. Unlike delicate options that require dry cleaning, Basic Home inserts are machine washable. For an extra touch of magic, toss them in the dryer with dryer balls on a warm setting for 20–30 minutes to restore their original loft and puffiness instantly.
- 🏠 VERSATILE DECOR FOR ANY SPACE: Whether you are sprucing up your living room sofa, bedroom, or office, these inserts are the perfect foundation. They adapt to any decorative cover and look great for any season or holiday. The set includes two 28x28 inch inserts, giving you everything you need to refresh your space instantly.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best pillows!
*by A***. on May 14, 2026*

Excellent quality at an amazing price! These are so comfortable. Comparable to high end hotel pillows. Perfect blend of softness and support and they stay cool. They are feather pillows so you do need to fluff them every few days but they bounce right back. I love that I can fold and squish them to whatever shape I need them to be to side or back sleep or watch TV on my side in bed. Just buy them! You won’t regret it!
