I suffer from Low T and was looking for natural ways to improve it. After doing research I saw that Tongkat was powerful. The first few days I couldn't tell a difference until around day 4. I was more aroused and desired sex more. My wife could tell a difference as well. I am only 7 days in and I feel great. My workouts are better as well. My wife wants her own bottle so I am purchasing another bottle as we speak.

Sometimes Sups will not live up to the hype. This one does. Great product, but you have to be on them for a while to feel the effects. I spoke to my Dr who ensured they taking them not be any negative effects with any of my prescriptions.

Seems to work great for some, and I did feel the desired effects for a couple days before it brought on constant headaches and fatigue. Not worth it to me... Can barely get through a workout on it.

I though I was getting arthritis but it turns out it was the Tongkat Ali, I stopped taking it and within a week the pain went away. Try it if you like but I had adverse effects.

I don't notice any extra umps from taking it, but I take it in conjunction with their black Macca and what I had noticed is that if I miss a day of the Macca I'm suckin days later. now that I take this as well, when I miss a day its not nearly as bad.
