The “patch” that touches the nasal is extremely comfortable with a great fit. This style does not leak air like the other ones. I’ve subscribed to this model for my future orders. I’m no longer waking up in the middle of the night to adjust my N301. The perfect and comfortable fit.

They all had some kind of problem. -The masks over the mouth and nose and/or just the nose were too claustrophobic. With the head gear, I felt like I was in a cage. -The dual nostril pad design made the bottom of my nose sore and numb in the morning. -I tired a similar style to this one but without the dark colored comfort pad. It was ok but flapped and moved too much at night. -Then I tried this one recommended by my sleep lab. While it's not perfect, it's the best one so far. No nose pain or feeling claustrophobic. I actually use it for almost the entire night now.
