A note though, because it DOES say not to in the instructions but doesn't tell you how to fix it, don't close the adjustable side too early or it is a pain to undo. Not impossible, just difficult. And if you do, you have to take a small screw driver through two holes under the 3M tape to release the mechanism so you can adjust the strap again.
