**Q: Hi we have just received ours from you but the stroke count doesn’t work I can’t find a website for information**
A: i got in touch with PremierFit through amazon. I have had no problem with my stroke counter. This is my 2nd machine due to the fact the tension went. They replaced it but it has gone again Use your 2yr guarentee.Iwill not buy this again

**Q: This item cannot be delivered? Out of stock? Or a different problem?**
A: They claim 1-2 days and then TUMBLEWEED.... nothing... no response, no communication

**Q: does it have magnetic resistance or elastic?**
A: sorry my friend i don't know, i would say elastic   SORRY this is not helpful

**Q: Is the seat comfortable for all sizes?**
A: I can't comment on all sizes but I find it comfy. I am 5'4" 7st8lb if that helps. 
The only thing I find is the foot part suits a bigger foot than size 4, with more substantial foot wear I manage, wouldn't be able to go bare foot though
