The screens add an extra touch and it comes with some extra keys for you to swap around(ESC, Enter, OPT and CMD keys). The touch screen can be customized with up to 4 different shortcuts and you can also create your own animations for the upper screen although it takes a while for it to first upload but after that you'll be fine.
