Review: Very well packed, clear instructions - Well impressed with speed of delivery and excellent packaging. Clearly presented instructions. Good quality spacers and hole covers. Suspicious about the suggested 7mm hole size for the rawlplugs supplied, so used my own plugs and 6mm drill instead.
Review: Perfect product 6 ⭐ - Just perfect, a quality mirror at a more than fair price point. I'm a carpenter and during my 47 years in the trade, I've put up, probably in excess of thousand mirrors, but this one in particular was so easy to mount and fix the screw caps to. It arrived a day early, extremely well, but suitably packaged, and was on the cloakroom wall above the basin within 10 minutes of delivery. A full 6 ⭐ product and service. Yes, that's not a case of "fat finger", but a real Six ⭐. Many thanks

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent mirror, poor fixings.
*by P***Y on 7 June 2021*

Bought two of these mirrors to install in new cloakroom and bathroom. The mirrors were well packed for safe transport in robust cartons, though I would have preferred to have seen re-cyled/recyclable paper-based internal packaging used rather than the current polystyrene inserts. The mirrors themselves are fine: bright and clear with well-finished edges. The mounting holes were cleanly drilled and, again, well finished though I believe they were not exactly uniformly positioned. The fixings supplied were a huge let-down and completely spoiled what would otherwise be an excellent product. I don't usually bother even trying to use the garbage fixings supplied with so many otherwise functional imported products as that are always a disappointment. I simply replace them with my own, quality, fixings. In this case, because mirror fixings are a little special, I decided to persevere with the supplied components. I'm sorry to say that I believe that it is impossible to mount these mirrors satisfactorily using the supplied fixings. In the end I delved into my stocks and found a set of 'proper' mirror fixings and used these instead. With those it was a quick and easy job to get the mirrors mounted. Unfortunately, whilst bloody-mindedly trying to prove to myself that the supplied fixings would work, I cracked one of the mirrors around a fixing hole. I guess I proved myself right but that was poor consolation! In summary, fine mirrors, but buy a set of decent quality mirror fixings to mount them with. Yet another Chinese ship 'spoiled for an ha'p'orth of tar'!
