I have had migraines since I was 6 years old and nothing has helped me prevent it so far, 20 years of homeopathy and I still popped a Combiflam for relief.. ordered stupid gadgets and medicines for the US too every time I saw there was a cure or something to prevent it. Absolutely nothing worked and I continued buying random things off the internet just keeping the hope alive that something at some point would work. 33 years with migraines and I can confidently say that this is the only thing that worked in preventing it by 85% and it is always going to be my go to. I rarely get migraines now due to skipping a meal or travelling or from sunlight or after watching movies. I wish this was introduced before but better later than never. Thankful for one problem less in my life.
