For Matter-over-Thread devices, ensure: 1) You are using an 2-in-1 Matter Controller & Thread Border Router 2) Your router supports IPv6 3) Your phone and hub are on the same local network during setup. If issues persist, restart your hub and router.

Q: Why does my lock's adapter feel loose and fail to operate properly?

Before installation, ensure the adapter matches your tailpiece shape. An incorrect fit—even if installed—may leave the lock cylinder improperly seated, causing motor failure and operational issues.

Q: Why isn’t the motor working properly?
