Okay support for the SI Joint (I use for my hEDS) *by M***D on 17 April 2025* Edit: 29/05/25 - elasticity is quite poor now, not adding much additional support to the velcro belt. Disappointed at the poor durability. The support for sitting is okay now as opposed to good. - The elastic has gone into wiggly lines after only a few uses, and looks a bit misshapen, however it provides good support to my SI Joint area and the gel pack (I havent used for heat yet) is fantastic to help take the edge of the pain after cooling in the freezer. I would recommend this to anyone with pain in the SI Joint and hip area.
