My 8 and 10 year old can use it (with supervision, just because I don't want them to try and touch something while the needle is moving) and easily follow the steps to do a project. Everything we've tried so far has turned out great. I love how large the embroidery area is.
Review: This machine and service department are Excellent! - Awesome product and service! This is my first experience with machine embroidery. The machine was easy to setup and the instructions were easy to follow. I downloaded and .dst file, copied it to the included thumb drive, pulled it up on the EOC06, threaded the needle and off we went. The pattern turned out perfectly on my first try. I had some issues understanding how to get the WiFi connected so I could send patterns to the cloud instead of by thumb drive, but the kind folks in their support department were quick to help and got me up and running in no time! Great Job!!!

Join the Facebook groups ! I bought this machine in February of 2026 and just now started using it. I joined a few FB groups and next thing I know I’m being added to a group message on messenger. They have sent videos on how to update my machine along with answering any questions I’ve had with it. This is a pretty user friendly machine and great for beginners imo. Comes with a lot of accessories. Everything is great so far.
