## Description

desertcart.com: RPNB Black Version Quick Access Smart Biometric Fingerprint Pistol Safe : Sports & Outdoors

Review: ease of use, sturdy - appears to be great quality. very handy. I used holes in back side to screw to wall. easy to use
Review: Failed when I needed it most - NOT RECOMMENDED. This thing worked fine for about 3 weeks then when I was ready to deploy and needed to open it, it would just flash purple then blink red 5 times. The fingerprints and codes were right, the lock simply stopped opening. It was like it was trying, but the lock was just frozen shut. Lost all faith in the product and company after that. Had to go home to find the backup key, so it completely and utterly failed its purpose. Buy this at your own risk. You might think you're saving money over other brands, but this thing definitely failed on me, and I fear it may fail on you in your time of need. If it didn't completely destroy my confidence, it would have been a very nice portable safe. Very strong thick metal build, spacious enough for a large full-sized pistol like a 1911, though that is not what I was using it for. And the fingerprint reader seemed to be quick and reliable. The locking mechanism, though, made all that fancy tech into a dumb physical key ONLY box. AVOID. USE ANY OTHER SAFE, NOT THIS ONE.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A good option if you are not intending to carry it, as in a bag or something, at least not often
*by J***N on December 5, 2024*

A bit on the heavy side, which is good if you really aren't going to be traveling with it much. For my intended purposes I think it will work well. When the top opens it opens pretty aggressively, almost tipping its-self over backwards. The finger print reader appears to work better than other devices I have used.
