Some were even shriveled, hadn't filled out yet at all. I'm trying to avoid canned tomatillos because they all seem to have additives that I don't want, so I order fresh, roast and freeze them. Just need to order more during their actual season.

They're in LA, we ordered from Chicago. The tomatillos were better than what we can get locally. Large, perfect ripeness, and very flavorful. Used to make salsa and marinade. Will order again.
