Good Masking tape
Masking tape is just that, masking tape. How can you write a review about tape? If it sticks, it works, if not then not! This appears to stick, so it is good tape.

This tape is so handy !
I use it for a number of things! Glad I got so many rolls.

This is a weird tape, not suited for all applications.
For starters, the tape is exceedingly lightweight for masking tape. The manufacturer refers to it aptly as crepe paper. While that makes it easy to tear off the roll, it also makes it less than stable when that quality is important. It is plenty strong however for arts and crafts projects. The glue is also a bit unique with this product. It doesn't have a high degree of adhesion when applying the tape, but that glue sets up over a few hours. This makes removing the tape without leaving residue next to impossible. Fior that reason, I wouldn't attempt using this tape as painters tape.I use this almost entirely to wrap packages of food for the freezer. It sticks well to itself, but not to waxy or plastic surfaces such as freezer bags, so I always do a full wrap.

great deal for good tape!
This is just as good as any name brand masking tape I've used. No issues with cracking or residue so far. doesnt peel the paint off my wall and hold well to itself and other things :)

Great economical choice for securing boards to a CNC spoilboard along with CA glue
I ordered a 6-pack of the 1.88" x 60 yard rolls from TapeBear as an inexpensive option to secure stock to my CNC.I place a strip of tape on the spoilboard and a corresponding strip on my workpiece. I add a small amount of CA glue to the tape on the spoilboard then spray activator over the tape on the workpiece. By the time I have the project file loaded and everything zeroed, the glue has setup, and I can start the job. I have done projects where I'm taking aggressive cuts at fairly fast speeds with 1/2" end mills, and I haven't had a problem yet. When the project is complete, the project releases from the spoilboard with a little help from a chisel to pry it up. The two pieces of tape are glued together but the bundle comes off easily without any remaining residue or little torn pieces to scrape off.The tape is very thin, so it won't be a good choice for every project, but it works very well at the CNC. The tape also comes off the rolls easily.

nice crisp edge, but prices a bit higher than the store
At $2.09 per roll for the 0.7 inch size this is actually higher than the name brand from the mega home improvement store of the stationary store. A quick search found it at $1.34 at a discount store. This tape is a bit thin, but the edges are nice and crisp making it a good choice for painting lines on a wall for example. Just remember that this is not "painter's tape" which is designed to come off easily. I had used the beige tape on my office wall once and after two weeks it actually peeled the paint off the wall. The different colors reflect the use of masking tape so be aware. For any project though, I'm sure this is fine as long as you don't leave it for too long. You also have to be aware that this is 10 rolls stuck together in one package. If you buy it in single rolls, each rolls is wrapped so the unused rolls do not get dirty. When you take one roll from this pack, make sure you put the rest in a bag or protect it as it will definitely get dirty! This is descent tape, though the price needs to be reduced to compete.

Great tape
It's masking tape. If that doesn't seem like a particularly insightful observation consider for a moment what masking tape is supposed to be. It's among the type of thing that is only supposed to do a few things and not others. Among the more important of these is that it stick where it is stuck, stay put until it's pulled down, and then come away without damaging the surface where it was placed. That's all we need from masking tape and this masking tape does these things. So, again, this is masking tape!

Didn't work good on my watercolour paper
I decided to give this product a try after reading the reviews, but I deeply regret purchasing and using it. Within just a couple of hours, I attempted to remove it gently, only to find that it had removed layers of the paper surface. This was especially disappointing as it was for a commissioned work, and now I have to redo it.UPDATE: Following my 1-star review, the seller reached out to me offering a full refund. They emphasized that customer satisfaction is their top priority and assured me they would work on improving the tape for better performance. I'd like to add that while the tape quality is good for other purposes, it's just too strong for watercolor paper masking.
