It comes beautifully presented an a blue box specially moulded inside to hold diffuser, cable and plug, measuring jug, instruction leaflet 3 bottles of essential oils and a booklet describing essential oils. Booklet is helpful as it gives uses of essential oils and recipes! I thought you just added a few drops of what you fancied. The diffuser is called pebble but it is much nicer than that. It has a wood grain effect covering that allows a little light to shine through the wood effect making it soft and pleasant looking. It is bivalved and light also shows through the central partition. Very simple to use. Fill with water to the maximum level (clearly shown)and add few drops of essential oil. There are two switches, one for light and one for mist. Lights can be changing or fixed on one colour. Mist can be high mode or low mode. I have tried all 3 oils and found them to be pleasant and not too strong. I was worried about Tea Tree Oil because I think it is usually very strong but I tried it in my kitchen and it kept kitchen feeling clean and fresh. This is the nicest set I have seen and the inclusion of the booklet which also talks of ArcadiaClub and discounts does show good customer care (and business sense). I found it easy to operate - you open the top part of the diffuser and fill it with water, add drops of any essential oil of your own choice and turn it on. The controls comes in different settings for lighting mood and speed. There are two buttons - one for on/off and the other for turing the lights on/off. The lights changes automatically while the diffuser is on.It is a luxury gift and I would have preferred to be given a choice of different oils.
