Review: Epsom Salt- It's Magnesium! - what can you say about epdom salt ? Well I learned that in a bath they can help with muscle tension and soreness, because epsom salts are a form of magnesium! I've also learned that if I put a pinch into the new soil when transplanting a potted plant, it helps mitigate transplant shock. Amazing, all purpose and affordable. The multi-use item I never knew I needed. Get yours today!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value for a generously sized bag
*by T***S on September 5, 2026*

This is a great basic Epsom salt at an excellent price. The three-pound bag is a generous size, and the salts dissolve easily in warm bathwater. It works just as well as more expensive brands without unnecessary fragrances or additives.
