I pressed one button and read no instructions, it worked right out of the box! The lights allow you to see from far away that it’s still on and working, and the low sound is reassuring for me too to know that it’s still working (soothes my personal paranoia). It’s small and light weight enough that you could travel with it or use it anywhere. The space where your mouse goes is big enough that it can move the mouse at all different types of angles to keep the computer active. It’s just perfect and everything that I was looking for, for a really good price.

I’ve been shopping with Amazon for 15+ years and this has been by far the best customer experience. The product stopped working after couple months, as a long shot I reached out to their customer service for a replacement. Mind you, it has been past 1 year and I already threw away my mouse jiggler. I bought this product because it was made in USA. But AMY has exceeded my already set high expectations. She didnt have to send me a replacement (no old device to return, past the 1 year mark), but she took the “extra” step and shipped me a brand new one.
