**Q: How many cookies does this make?  Also does the whole mix have to be used at one time or can it be portioned?**
A: The number of cookies it makes would depend on the size, of course. I made 16 GIANT cookies (larger than the size of my palm) so that would easily be 40-45 smaller cookies. 
My sense is that you could divide the mix if you only wanted to cook half especially if you have a kitchen scale and divide it by weight.

**Q: What's up with the ingredients list???  Brown sugar, granulated sugar, cake flour, bread flour and so on, what's in this chocolate?????**
