**Q: Are these in fact "boxing" gloves or "muay thai?" Any significant difference?**
A: These ARE boxing gloves. However, they can be used for Muay Thai and kickboxing as well.

**Q: Can women use these gloves**
A: Yes. I am a women with small hands and I use these, although they are on the big side. I got the 12 oz gloves. I'd recommend the smaller size either 8 oz or 10 oz.

**Q: How are the 16 oz, for guys 6'0 220 every time i buy 16's they are so tight it stops my blood circulation**
A: Well I'm 250 and they don't squeeze on my hands..

**Q: What oz is for medium hand for women?**
A: Boxing gloves come in a variety of weights, ranging from 8 oz. to 20 oz. When boxers are training on a heavy bag or sparring with a partner in the gym, they will typically wear 12-, 14- or 16-ounce gloves. The size of the actual glove only changes slightly between ounces, if the glove fits too large, a good set of hand wraps will help

The best boxing glove i ever had. It really protects the hands from shock quite well and delivers nasty blows to the opponents. The quality of PU leather is absolutely brilliant.
