Web search had no other things listed either. I keep mine in the cupboard and it was still good after 3 months. I live in Colorado and leave it on the shelf with the molasses which is about the same consistency, it seems to be fine. A quick Google search says that the stuff has pretty much an indefinite shelf life but I would imagine that is in a cool dry and dark place.Once you start using Tamicon Tamarind paste you will probably only need worry about getting another because it can be used in so many things.
